● In 2005, an investment of 6 million yuan was made. In May, a production line for German biaxial warp knitting machines and a post-processing production line were introduced. They were officially put into production in September of that year, with the main products being fiberglass geogrids.
●?In 2006, after more than a year of hard work in team building and sales market development, sales gradually increased through the efforts of various departments of the company, and were exported to countries such as Russia, Brunei, and South Korea. The company embarked on a new product development and made technological improvements to the existing equipment at that time, successfully developing a warp knitted polyester grille. The new product was officially put into mass production in October. At the same time, we will focus on developing high-strength polyester fiber mining support nets.
●?In 2007, polyester fiber high-strength mining support net was officially put into production and obtained a utility model patent in November. Passed ISO9001 certification. Through the unremitting efforts of the company's R&D department, our products have become more diversified.
●?Starting from October 2008, new technology renovation projects were planned, with an additional investment of 300 million yuan planned for the new project. 150 acres of newly acquired land, while cooperating with foreign equipment manufacturers to develop high-strength biaxial warp knitting machines.
●?The construction of the 10000 square meter No.1 production workshop began in March 2009, and was completed in August. The original equipment was relocated to the new factory area, and one German biaxial warp knitting production line and two post-processing production lines were introduced. It was officially put into operation in October and achieved benefits that year. It was approved as a "municipal key project" by Tai'an City.。
●?The construction of the 10000 square meter No.3 production workshop began in March 2010. The construction was completed in September, and after 2 years of cooperation with foreign equipment manufacturers, we successfully developed high-strength biaxial warp knitting machines. In October, we introduced one production line for high-strength biaxial warp knitting machines, filling the gap in the absence of high-strength polyester mining support nets and high-strength precision woven geogrids in China. We have been put into mass production and have passed MA certification and European CE certification. This year, we have newly developed foreign customers and exported them to countries such as India, the Netherlands, Afghanistan, Vietnam, etc。
●?In 2010, in order to further optimize the quality of high-strength mining support nets and high-strength polyester geogrids, a production workshop of 3000 square meters was built and completed. After a year of cooperation with foreign equipment manufacturers, a new type of stretcher equipment was successfully developed, and equipment order contracts were signed with the manufacturers。
●?In 2011, one advanced imported stretching machine production line and two high-strength warp knitting production lines were introduced. They were put into normal production in September, significantly improving the product quality of high-strength polyester mining support mesh and high-strength polyester geogrid, and gaining the trust of a large number of users. As of the end of 2011, the company had a total investment of 150 million yuan, with 8 production lines and an annual production capacity of 500 million yuan. New foreign markets such as North America, South America, and Australia have been opened up this year. Participated in coal exhibitions and geotechnical material exhibitions in Russia, Brazil, and Germany abroad。
●?In 2012, the company focused on the market development of its new product, high-strength polyester fiber mining support net, strengthened the construction of its sales team, and established sales offices in Ningxia, Shanxi, and Shaanxi. It participated in coal exhibitions in Beijing, Xi'an, Yulin, and Taiyuan in China, and its products were recognized by a large number of customers. And it has been applied in large coal mines such as Shenhua Group, Yangmei Group, and Lu'an Group. At the same time, high-strength precision woven geogrids have been applied in hydraulic engineering and port terminals。 After 8 years of development, the company has achieved tremendous results that cannot be separated from the employees who have made contributions to the company and have followed the company to this day.
