The laying method of glass fiber geogrid（二）
The self-adhesive geogrid must be kept clean, dust-free, and dry when laying. 1. Precautions during laying: 1) Workers must wear gloves when coming into contact with self-adhesive fiberglass grilles. 2) When the self-adhesive fiberglass grating is laid over obstacles on road signs, a knife must be used to cut off the fiberglass grating that obstructs this position 3) When laying self-adhesive fiberglass gratings, wrinkles are not allowed, so there must be sufficient tension during the laying process. 4) The overlapping part of the end is overlapped by 75-150mm, ensuring that the overlapping part follows the laying direction. 5) Overlapping parts on both sides overlap by 25-50 millimeters. 6) After laying and rolling, only construction vehicles or emergency vehicles are allowed to walk on it, but it should be ensured that the fiberglass grille is not damaged due to vehicle turning or braking. 7) The road surface of the fiberglass grating that has been laid must complete the laying of asphalt mixture on the same day, and the minimum thickness of the surface layer asphalt should be greater than 40mm. 2. Laying method (1) Mechanical laying: Install the entire roll of fiberglass grille on the unwinding rack in front of the tractor, paying attention to its adhesive side facing downwards. Move the tractor forward to ensure that the fiberglass grille adheres flat to the road surface. Use a light roller with rubber wheels to compact 1-2 times. Pave asphalt mixture pavement.

The laying method of glass fiber geogrid（一）
The laying and fixing of geogrids is an important step in the entire engineering project. Currently, there are two types of fiberglass geogrids: self-adhesive and non self-adhesive. Self adhesive can be directly attached to the flat base layer, and non self adhesive can be fixed with steel nails. Now let's take a look at the non self adhesive laying method: 1) When laying, the longitudinal axis should be consistent with the main direction of stress, with a longitudinal overlap of 15cm-20cm and a transverse overlap of 30cm. The spacing between the longitudinal overlap parts is about 1.5m. A 4cm long high-strength steel nail with a diameter of 4cm circular gasket is inserted and fixed, and the spacing between the transverse overlap parts is 30cm. Two rows of high-strength steel nails and gaskets are inserted and fixed. And fix it to the ground with 4cm high-quality steel nails evenly spaced at 1.52m intervals on the laid geogrid. Add a 4cm diameter iron gasket between the steel nail and the geogrid. The iron gasket should be flat and tightly fixed to the geogrid without looseness. Manual fixing of the geogrid requires a professional quality inspector to inspect the fixation of the steel nail and iron gasket to prevent inadequate fixing work. The fixation method adopts manual insertion or nail gun insertion. 2) The geogrid should be tightened to ensure flatness and straightness. If there are wrinkles, they should be cut open and aligned before laying. And fix it again with 4cm high-quality steel nails, with a spacing of less than 30cm. 3) The laying of geogrids should be carried out in sections, leaving a road for vehicles to travel, and avoiding damage to the geogrids caused by vehicles transporting geogrids rolling back and forth.
